By accessing or using Jobr & Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
Jobr & Co. provides a household management platform for property management, staff coordination, financial tracking, and task management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All amounts are in USD.
Subscriptions purchased directly through Jobr & Co. (web, via Stripe) or via Apple In-App Purchase on iOS automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your chosen payment method is charged for the renewal amount at the start of each new period. (a) Subscription length: monthly or annual, as chosen at purchase. (b) Subscription price: displayed in the paywall at the time of purchase; any price change takes effect only at the next renewal, and Apple / Stripe will notify you in advance. (c) How to cancel: on iOS, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and select Jobr & Co.; on web, visit Settings → Billing and select Cancel plan. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period. (d) Content & duration of trial: if a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you convert to a paid subscription.
When you purchase a subscription inside the iOS app, the transaction is processed by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Your payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscription management (pause, cancel, resubscribe, change plan) must be performed from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Jobr & Co. does not hold or have access to your payment information. Refunds for Apple In-App Purchases are governed by Apple's refund policy.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account on the web or iOS. Upon request, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which it is locked (read-only). On day 30, all of your data — properties, staff, residents, tasks, transactions, documents, and calendar events — is permanently and irreversibly deleted, and any active subscription is cancelled at the end of its billing period (no further charges). You may cancel the deletion at any time during the grace period by signing in and tapping "Cancel deletion." After the grace period expires, deletion is irreversible and data cannot be restored.
The Jobr platform, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Jobr & Co. Your data remains your property. We claim no ownership of content you upload to the platform.
Jobr & Co. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is preserved for 90 days. After that period, it is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
